Terms
Plain-English terms for a quoting tool. You set the price, we don't take payments, and this isn't legal advice.
What this is
EstimatePath is quoting software for US pressure washing and exterior cleaning pros. You build a quote on your phone, download a PDF, and share a link with your customer.
It's a tool, not a marketplace. We don't find you jobs, we don't sit between you and your customer, and we don't collect payments. The quote is yours and the relationship with the customer is yours.
Your account
You can build, download, and share a quote without an account. To save quotes or send from your own email, you create a free account.
Fair use
Use EstimatePath to quote your own jobs. That's it. A few things that are off the table:
If an account is being used to harm customers or the service, we may pause or close it.
Your prices
The total is whatever you set. EstimatePath can draft line items, quantities, and scope wording from your job notes, but it never decides a price and nothing is finalized behind your back.
Drafts are a head start, not a decision. Read every line before you send it. You're the one standing behind the number with your customer, so the number has to be yours.
Not advice
EstimatePath is not a lawyer or an accountant. Quote wording, tax fields, and terms are starting points, not legal or tax advice for your situation.
Sales tax rules and contract requirements change by state and by job. Check your own numbers and terms, or ask a professional, before you rely on a quote.
No payments
EstimatePath doesn't process customer payments, hold deposits, or run a payout system. How you get paid is between you and your customer.
The basics
We work to keep EstimatePath up and accurate, but we can't promise it's perfect or never goes down. Use it as one tool in your quoting, not the final word on a number.
We update these terms when something important changes, and note it here. Keep using EstimatePath and you accept the current version.
